Team & access

Give every teammate the right level of access.

GOROUNDX separates organization membership, property access, and permissions so each teammate can work only where they need to.

    Organization members

See who belongs to your organization, their role, and current membership status.

  2. Hotel staff member using an access card at a room door

    Property access

  3. Hotel colleagues working together with a laptop and phone

    Invitations

Invite new teammates by email and track pending, accepted, or active memberships.

  4. Hotel manager handing an access badge to a colleague

    Roles & permissions

Control which parts of the partner workspace each teammate can view or manage.

How access works

Access is built in layers

A teammate belongs to an organization through a membership. Their role sets what they can do, while property access sets where they can do it.

  1. 01

    Organization

The hospitality group a teammate belongs to.

  2. 02

    Membership

Connects a teammate to the organization.

  3. 03

    Role

Defines what a teammate can do.

  4. 04

    Property access

Sets which properties they can work with.

Organization access doesn't always mean access to every property

Some teammates may work across your full organization, while others can be limited to specific hotels or properties. Their role and assigned property access determine what they can see and manage.
